Innocence lawyers can bring good forensic science into the post-conviction process, relying on tested and proven approaches. Lawyers can find newly discovered forensic evidence, including exculpatory DNA results that have good scientific support. To do this, lawyers need to know how to effectively introduce and suppress scientific evidence. Justice Through Science provides such continuing legal education.
